• The NHS has collaborated with Amazon to assist patients including elderly- blind and those who cannot access and search for health advice on the internet and will be able to access via AI-powered voice assistant Alexa
• The focus of the collaboration is to reduce pressure on the NHS- GPs & Pharmacist by providing the health information on the common disease at the touch of a single button or on voice command of patient
• NHSX will work to make NHS services available to all patients through digital technology and provides citizen the tool to access services and information directly through a free app
