• The focus of the acquisition is to boost Dr. Reddy’s presence in the high growth therapy areas with the addition of Wockhardt’s Practin- Zedex- Bro-zedex- Tryptomer and Biovac to its portfolio
• Dr. Reddy’s acquires Wockhardt’s select business divisions which include 62 brands in multiple therapy areas respiratory- neurology- VMS- dermatology- gastroenterology- pain and vaccines along with sales and marketing teams; and the manufacturing plant located in Baddi- Himachal Pradesh with all its employees
