Innovent Reports P-Ib Study Results of Higher-dose Mazdutide (IBI362) for Chinese Patients with Overweight or Obesity

- The higher-dose cohorts in a P-Ib study evaluating the safety, tolerability & PK/PD of mazdutide (9/10mg, qw, SC) vs PBO in a ratio (2:1) in 12 Chinese patients with overweight or obesity
- The results showed a mean reduction from baseline in body weight @16 & 12wk. was 7.62kg (9.5%) in the 10mg & 9.23 kg (11.7%) in 9mg, improvements in BMI, waist circumference, blood pressure, lipid & serum uric acid were similar with low-dose cohorts and were well tolerated. - No patients discontinued the study due to AEs with no serious or sev. AEs & had favorable tolerability & safety profiles along with rapid & robust body weight loss efficacy. Innovent & Eli Lilly collaborated to develop & commercialize OXM3
